Fresh air, majestic scenery. Staffs are extremely commendable for their good service and always with cheerful smile especially the ladies. Loved the common room, wide, cheerful,comfortable chillout place with big tv and sofas. The dorm room are comfortable, stayed 3 times and each time assigned to different floors but all are as confortable as they could be. The mixed dorm hv individual capsule with curtains. Allroom have own big safety box with lock. Highly recommended.

I was in Dai Lai Lake for two nights and found my stay at the LakeSide Dai Lai Hotel to be really comfortable and relaxing. You get a towel when you check in and coupons for breakfast. The staff was great. They helped me book a trip to Halong Bay and offered to keep my luggage for me while I was away. They also helped me book a train ticket to Hue. Also, they never turned on the a/c and only had fans on. The nights were cool enough that the a/c wasn’t really needed, but the first night was a bit humid and the a/c would’ve made it more comfortable. Overall though I would stay there again if in Hanoi and recommend it to others!

I had an excellent four night stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, making calls to ensure my train ticket arrived at the hotel and recommending restaurants. They were happy to let me leave my bag in a locker after check-out, while I left Dai Lai Lake for two days. Building is clean and modern, good bathrooms, standard but decent breakfast. Excellent location.

Dịp nghỉ lễ, sau khi đau đầu tìm kiếm một địa điểm du lịch nghỉ ngơi sao cho không bị đông người, chen chúc, giá cả lại bị đôi lên một cách vô lý. Gia đình chúng tôi quyết định chọn nghỉ dưỡng tại hồ Đại Lải, vừa gần nhà, vừa đầy đủ những yêu cầu cho một chuyến nghỉ dưỡng. Và thật sự hài lòng khi sử dụng dịch vụ tại LakeSide Đại Lải Hotel. Không gian giống hệt như biệt thự phim “Người Phán Xử”. Có hồ, có núi, lãng mạn, yên bình và tuyệt đẹp. Quá tuyệt vời để nghỉ dưỡng. Sẽ có kế hoạch cuối tuần cả nhà mình sẽ lên đây nhiều nhiều nữa.
